Adam is a partner in the Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure team in London with extensive experience in project finance and mining finance transactions around the world.

Adam is recognised in Legal 500 for Emerging Markets Financings, and has been regularly recognised by the US consultants, BTI Consulting, as a Client Service All Star.

His experience includes acting on the financings of Mantos Copper in Chile, the SASA lead and zinc mine in Macedonia and the Ongopolo copper mine in Namibia.

Adam often works with development finance institutions, and is currently representing Umm al Houl Power on the $3.5 billion Facility D IWPP in Qatar financed by JBIC and others, and EBRD and IFC, among others, on the Sonker Bunkering Terminal project in Egypt.
